One Florence Boulevard was the home of The Pullman Club - a club for managers of the Pullman Factory across the street from 1900 until the 1950s.

Today, Pullman Club Coffee occupies what was the kitchen of the original building, and our seating areas bring original rooms back to life with recreated floor to ceiling windows looking out on our veranda, a library room with books for you to peruse with your coffee.

Our logo draws from the original stained glass windows from the Pullman Club, that have been carefully restored and once again adorn the windows of the entry hall stairwell

We serves fresh drip, espresso and nitro cold brew coffees from Metropolis Coffee Company and a selection of tea from Rishi Teas, as well as light snacks to enjoy during your day in Pullman. See our menu and hours for more information.
